See pay structure & how it is set up for the online teachers program:
- If Students Access your Class; $.50 will be credited to your Wallet. Say you have 100 students in that session; it would be $50 for that Session of teaching. 500 Students Accesses would be $250.00. Max allowed per Session is 500 pupils. Class that need more access; will have to go to different teachers.
- Students allowed to Attend up to 5 Classes Daily in Grades 1 thru 8.
- Students allowed to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily Grades 9 through 12
- FMS Vortex System is our Pay structure that you will be setup in. So, Teachers upon signup your Zoom Classroom FEES will be COVERED. YouTube training is available; AND… will be given along with instructions on the curriculum material.
- More Potential Earnings – You will have access to promote the goods & services offered. You will need to be apart of the FMS vortex platform to have your access abilities. Having all the tools; allows you the ability to build a huge customer base.
So, Here is the Criteria below that we are looking for with our online teachers:
- 4-year degree in teaching is needed.
- Teaching Field Experience needed: College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must love to teach not just here to earn a paycheck. Offering something outside the ordinary.
- Must Link yourself and join the FMS Vortex through our DTCA. This is the structured payment system that will be used.
- Needed is your own Created YouTube channel & video. So, Showcase your “Unique” qualification and “Talents.” Introducing yourself to build your potential students & making their families want you as their child’s instructor. We provide Training and instruction on this process.
- Your dedication and commitment to the program is extremely important to your success.
- Willingness to go above and to set high standards in this educational program from the traditional school systems.
